My Raya 2011

I hope it's not too late to wish Selamat Hari Raya to people all over the world. My Raya? Quite fun . That the moment where my big family gathered together. Spend some of our precious time together even though it was just for a moment. But, I cherish that moment.

Hurm, how should I start describing my Raya? Okay, let me start my talking about my baju raya. I almost didn't have my brand new baju raya because I didn't have time to send me clothes to the tailor earlier. Thanks God that baju raya is still available at Bazar Jalan TAR. As we all know, Jalan TAR is the heaven of shopping especially on the Saturday. So, I searched everywhere for a GREEN mini kurung *Why green? Because my family have decided green as our theme for this Raya* and at last, I found it.Thus, this Raya I'm wearing a ready made clothes. I rarely have ready made clothes. My national clothes (baju kurang etc.) are usually custom made. And I'm very lucky to find a comfortable clothes which suit my taste.

On the first day of Hari Raya, I went to Solat Sunat Aidilfitri and visiting my grandpa's grave. It's quite sad because I didn't have the chance to spend more time with my grandpa. Based on my mother's and aunty's story, he seems quite a nice man. Oh, I miss him. *Al-Fatihah is the only thing I can give to you, Grandpa. May you rest in peace.*

This year, we (the whole family) decided take a family photo to be put in the living room. We'd been planning this for quite so long and finally, the time has come. *I sometimes envied the family who had a family photo hanging in their living room* The photo is quite expensive but it totally worth it. Can't wait to see the result.

On the second day of Raya, we, the big family of my mum's side agreed to have a kenduri on that day. So, the day was quite a busy and tiring day with overflowing people in sake of Hari Raya. *Sorry to all my friends because didn't invite you guys to the kenduri. I will, next time.* I also didn't get enough sleep on the day before in order to run some errands (making popia and kuih koci). The not-so-good-looking kuih were definitely is my handmade. But don't worry, the kuih is still taste good. Please don't judge a kuih by its cover. Hehe (Didn't have the chance to snap pictures of it. Sorry)

The next day also create memories of this Raya. But, I will shared it later. Till now, bye bye.

Selamat Hari Raya from all of us.
