Banana in sweetened coconut milk

For the last 2 days, my mum kept doing Banana in sweetened coconut milk. But, I love it! I actually had been craving for it for a long time. At last, my mum cooked that for me. Thanks, Mum. You're best!!! The best part is, I also learned how to make it. Hooyah!

What is it?

It is Malaysian-based food. It is basically consists of banana which cooked in the coconut milks and palm sugar (gula merah). In Malaysia especially East Coast, we usually called it as Bubur Pisang or Pengat Pisang. It is served during teatime or as desert.

How to make it?

Bahan-bahan :
1 biji kelapa yang telah diperah /santan
2 1/2 senduk gula merah
1/2 cawan sagu mata ikan
3 biji pisang
1@2 helai daun pandan

Cara-cara :

This recipe had been tested by my mum. The result is superb. The recipe is quite simple, right. I will make it myself one day.

Tadaaa!! This is what it's look like:

Straight from the stove.

Yesterday leftover.

p/s : The ingredients listed are not in the exact measure. It is based on our instinct. Like Jang Hyuk said, cooking is all about the feeling.

.lol.

p.p/s : I remember Jo and Syakir always called me Pengat which is wordplay from Mangat. huhu
