life in kampung..

It's been a long time since i update dis blog..almost a week n half i've been m.i.a during school holidays..huhu..dun worry too much..i'm just went back to my kampung..

Sometimes,my cousins asked me, "don't u ever felt bored living in kampung ?". well, as u'll know, my family always go back to kampung..my granny is living alone..why not we accompany her,rite?besides dat, i'm already immune 2 kampung..never been bored there..(ok, frankly, mybe a little bit bored..)i had many things to do in kampung such as watching tv(my never ending hobby..haha), doing anything related to my lappy n etc2..i act don't really like kl much,coz it's really packed there..always jam..makes me stressed there..huhu..

Ok, back to the story..what i've done during my long vacation at kampung..hurm,let me story little by little..

1. Catch chickens..

• hahaha..it's soo funny thinking about dat moment..my granny decided wanting to catch chickens dat she raised so that we can eat ayam kampung dat day..Seriously, i'm really a city girl..i'm totally not helping catching da chicken..only shouting when the chicken getting nearer..what a shame..hahaha..thanks to my aunt n my cousin, we made it..3 chickens were captured n we decided to make curry out of it..soo yummy, coz it's ayam kampung..totally out of toxicity..

2. Eating ikan bakar

• on one fine day, my dad decided to treat our family and my uncle's family ikan bakar at umbai..yummy2..it's been a long time since i eat ikan bakar..especially with someone's treat..hehehe..da view there is magnificient..the restaurant is located above the sea(restoran terapung)..the food..?quite delicious..but, my angah said dat the previous ikan bakar restaurant dat we had gone before is more delicious..hurm, whatever..different people, different taste..so, it's up to us..

3. Making gulai tempoyak pucuk ubi

• nothing particular..just dat, i'm helping my mum n granny making dat gulai..hey, i'm really helping kay..my part was cutting da pucuk ubi into tiny slices..hahaha..1st time doing it..i remember dat my granny said "potong mcm wt bunga rampai" . I never cut bunga rampai, so, how to do it correctly..futhermore,it's been long time since wedding ceremony held in my kampung..thus, i'm not wrong in dis situation,kay...of course there's some flaws in the way i'm cutting da pucuk ubi..but,finally, i got it right...

That all the interesting story that i do during da school holidays...i did learn many things in kampung,such as how to cut pucuk ubi in order to make gulai n etc2..thus,i'm proud n happy to be in kampung..(eventhough i'm afraid to catch chickens..haha)
