I.D.A election day~

today is dietetic's election day...the purpose of the election is to elect committee for I.D.A(iium dietetic association)...the empty post to present I.D.A are vice president, asst. secretary,treasures,head com of publicity & promotion, head com of sport and recreation, asst. logistics and asst. head com event & management...urm, i wonder who will it be??

this is the jobscope 4 each of the post:

VP: 2 assist president in monitoring progression of activities,conduct meeting on behalf of pre,update any progression,bla bla bla,fully responsible 2 notice board update

asst sect:a.k.a head of admin,2 inform all members on recent upcoming activity,2 write meeting minutes to cc ccoordinator,advisor,main board and other members and anythings which connect with writting..

treasurer: respponsible in collection of annual fee,acts as financial and risk analyst, financial controller..n everything which connect with money

head com pub & pro:upload,advertise latest pogreesion and upcoming event,involve in publication of newsletter,booklet..n bla bla bla

head com of sport & recr:active promoting sprt & recreational activities monthly 2 mmbrs,main organizer 4 family day

asst logistic:provide transport/find access to transportation 4 members activities,like a public relation jobscope

asst head com event management:act as project manager 4 event
